i agree with the others who've said that it will put pressure on rents on the lower end of housing / below the median. 

To prevent the remote from it being lost I used the included wall mount for the remote and mounted it with longer screws onto a stud  (important).

It's hard, stressful, and puts immediate pressure on you/the property to perform.
