As an investor and contractor I'm glad Zillow said Philly is loosing steam and hope people listen because it will only mean better deals for me and my clients, less competition driving up prices.

The radiators and steam pipe can be taken for free and pitchpockets are cheap but the other stuff isnt.

The book had definitely gained steam by 2002 when the father of another North Texas Kings Pointer gave me a paper back copy as a graduation gift… telling me to read this and that he was a Kings Pointer too.

For example, if rent is 800 they don't pay for a month you are evicting them and they pay you $20 and you accept it you have to go back to the beginning of the eviction process because that dollar amount is wrong you can't just full steam ahead so you have to decline payments from tenants if you are evicting or accept and send back if it's a service you can't decline it could cause problems.
