Coming from NJ to Colorado and now owning some property in Colorado, I am wondering what the responsibility is for landlords especially around marijuana smoking and growing.

If they can't comply with the lease they need to leave or be evicted.Colorado is a marijuana friendly state but my leases specify no cultivation.
