Can't speak to RAD's portfolio elsewhere but it seems like a sizeable portion of RAD's assets are located in Philadelphia and from my review that portfolio is largely comprised of C/D located assets levered with hard money debt so not sure if there's much equity that can be squeezed out of those assets if sold.
