If you file an eviction then it must be filed locally, if your LLC is sued they will sue locally.

Do you want to be solving tenant issues, buying properties, problems at work, etc. 

If it is only one flip for now, I suggest you find a CPA just to advise you on State filing requirements, ensure you are claiming all write-offs and issuing 1099s, etc.

and I was just one little mortgage guy with 450 loans out.. can you imagine the banks with hundreds of thousands of loans and servicing companies.. so having mass equity or paid for keeps this from ever being an issue. then when I sold these off.. most for cash but a lot I did a 30 to 60 month ZERO interest deal on.... and boy you should have heard the cash flow cool laid drinkers..

However if you are doing it with a conventional loan, you will definitely run into underwriting issues if that is noted on the appraisal. 

I realize many opportunities lately are going to be found in our MLS, Zillow, FB groups, wholesalers' distribution lists, etc. 

I have no issue staying booked so whatever I am doing is working for us.

Then you can avoid the self promotion issue.
