Yelp seems to work for my style because I primarily communicate through text and emails, so providers that are using Yelp seem to be more versed in technology.  

I always start off clients in the resort style communities rather than trying to make a go at it in a 'regular' community.

You may have been an indoor employee with air conditioning and a comfortable chair, but sometimes the only work available is being a rough neck in the oil field or some other unpleasant type of hard work. 

Everyone has their preferences and learning styles.  

Just find an agent that's on board with your buying style. 

My parents had a couple of rentals and I know people who have been landlords for 30 yrs.life styles is a good place to start if you have no knowledge, they will give you the tools necessary to succeed. 

In short, he seemd like a "regular Joe" and he had this laid-back style about him and he explained property ownership in simple terms (I was 24 at the time) for me to understand.
