There is typically little to no benefit to incorporating in another state unless you want to be subject to more paperwork and more fees.Texas has a very strong Series LLC which I hear is highly recommended.

Anyone have input for Incorporating in Nevada?

It is very cost effective, and took me maybe 2 weeks to file everything and be officially incorporated.

Incorporate and move the existing promissory notes I have into the corporation ?

Would I be allowed to re-edit mostly everything but keep it as the same layout and ideas you have incorporated?

I basically have my company logo and contact information...but then again, I am not handing my card out to every person I meet.

Last question...if I create a new company profile, will I get the logo back in my signature?

The passport's photo is edited , the passport is from uk origins , company was purpotely incorporated in the UK...the photo is clearly edited.

I wear a uniform custom mase with out logos.
