I remember I lived in Orlando for 1.5 years what is the coast like compared to Orlando for humidity and feel?

In many beach communities it is very difficult to avoid all mold due to the humidity.  

I had a iHome unit that monitors sound, temp, humidity etc.

Hello allwhen I recently visited my rental property I fount a lot of mold and very high humidity level.

Soaks up water in cracks and gaps I believe and then that water or humidity combined find its way into the top of the first floor doorway.

Humidity built up behind each of the baseboards - found out when replacing the flooring and I pulled off a board- all green mold behind it.

I’ve lived in a few places around the country.Florida:  If you don’t mind rain about 300 days a year, humidity that stifles your breathing, air conditioning blasting always (I like that, but my wife had to keep a hoodie in the car because she was freezing inside every building), and then there’s the Hurricanes…and Mosquitos…and alligators…Jacksonville is not a very attractive place in general.  

It's most likely caused by humidity from showering.

You'll even see professionals who work remote (which we know is more and more common even post pandemic) rent STRs for months at a time in the summer to escape the Carolina heat and humidity. 

NV is my top pick if I go OOS for no income taxes, humidity, storms, floods, earthquakes, ice and snow and landlord friendly.
