The Property Manager usually does light cleaning and repairs between tenants.Recommendations or another way to think about this?

Remember, you may be tied up in several houses with little cash, so it is important to think of all possible situations.Who is doing the accounting? 

Doing MTR inside of your own house is not something I think trends that well.
