Just seems dangerous with fair housing laws, as really all I can tell from your photo is what race you are.The only time I'd consider a family vs non-family is if the other offer was similar but from some out of state investor group or something, and even then it would be the weight of a single hair on those balance scales. 

Not to beat a dead horse, but never do this, especially if you are low on funds, because it can easily spill over into other aspects of your life.

Are you interested in a great little B&B with horses, or are you looking for an upscale hideout downtown? 

Oaklyn's main street is the White Horse Pike...which is just too big and industrial to really get that small town feel.

I'll also have to check with my cpa to make sure the deed in lieu doesn't affect my recapitalization differently than the foreclosure, can't imagine there's any diff.As a buddy of mine used to say; "...and this is for your horse".all cash
