Pulling my hair out here:Has anyone gone thru with this loan and found out if A, it shows on your credit report (Personal) to affect your DTI?

I have heard of a few instances of homes falling out of contract due to hair stylist, restaurant workers etc who are out of a job temporarily. 

. - Do you provide more things like a hair dryer? 

Sometimes the few dollars saved get eaten up quickly with hair dye from the gray caused by your exchange.  

Purple hair dye on the carpet, holes in walls, broken doors and light fixtures, appliances had to be replaced, etc.

I wasn’t predicting that there would be many cons to having a license, so I appreciate that affirmation.

And I don't have that much hair left that isn't gray so it's really no problem.And you don't want to forget that even if you're not making a bunch of gain that 12 years of depreciation would have to be recaptured. 

Not to split hairs Tom but the high bidder gets a Certificate of Title from the Clerk of the Court who certifies the named party was the high bidder and the party to whom the property was sold. 

You are splitting hairs over pennies to try and justify your buy in. 

Do you know how MANY people are pulling their hair out here trying to make it?
