Some company came and did a two hour presentation in the high school gym and we all got certified.

There is a local forum and one topic is "Businesses we want in our neighborhood" - It is overwhelmingly in favor of the following: Gym, More Restaurants (non-bar), liquor store, grocery store, etc...

The other day at the gym, I was talking to a guy that I've talked to before.

It also applies to rent from a landlord that you skipped out on, damages in an apartment or rent house, unpaid cell phone bills, unpaid electricity bills, unpaid water bills, unpaid gym memberships, or unpaid work performed on your house/car/equipment (which are called mechanics liens).

These are well-landscaped and have the standard amenities - pool, gym, business center, clubhouse, etc.

Our mornings start together when we get up at 5AM to work out in our gym at home.On weekends she comes along and we work together on the homes and sometimes we bring our spoiled dog too.

The duplex in the area that rent ready is around $180k lower shape to $210k better shape. the duplex I look at is price at $179k, (just reduce their price)  and will need around $30k to make it beautiful or ARV at $210k. the rent of both unit will be around $2400 but now with the apartment that they building, is gonna have more competition. the apartments is high end apartment building with heated garage, Pool, gym, sky way between building and play ground so it has quite a bit of amenity. the 3 bed room duplex is similar side with 3 bed room of apartment but duplex doesn't have garage. so give me your opinion. or what price should i offer
