When global markets get nervous where does the money flow, U.S.

I would like to request BiggerPocket moderators and authors to kindly create global tutorials defining each process individually as guides keeping each phase separate from the other.

Based on this, up until recently, I was drastically under-budgeting retirement, but I've got plenty of time to make it right.It's shocking to realize that you could spend a lifetime building up your retirement and then burn through all of it and more in your final few years - even without a global financial meltdown.I'm also not in a hurry to start any new IRA accounts (other than my previously mentioned future 401k rollover). 

That way you are not caught with your pants down if you had say an AirBNB and a global pandemic prevented people from traveling to a tourist town......But this is just an example ;)Good luck,Matt

@Steven KoRegardless of how well capitalized anyone is and what you think may happen as a result of the ongoing issues the world is having, noone has any real idea whats going on or will happen.People have been landlords through recessions, but noone has been a landlord through recession and global economic meltdown and a rapidly spreading virus at the same time.

Sadly if you didn't pay the couple hundred on licensing, I can't give you a pack of gum.

Even if it was 50c on gum I'd write it down.

In today's global economy, and with the pressures of COVID still being realized in many supply chains, we find that real estate has not been shifting as much as people fear.

@Adam Sankowski  Ive only done registered Seconds on investment properties under the same global DSCR calculations.

These private companies may be caught in the same dynamic that the stock market is.Also, keep in mind 40% of Blackstone's business is in global warehouses.
