Now that I am an independent agent and work with both personal/commercial/landlord and vacation rental property owners I feel I have a better grip than ever as to WHY you want to purchase one of their products.

If the question is, are homeowners coming to grips with the new reality that they are not going to get 99 offers on their house like what happened in Leander last year?

I carry when visiting and showing the property (let the grip poke out of your pocket) and dress down.

Then take the ashes and use them as chalk to work on your snatch grip deadlifts.Seriously.

I understand your fear on analysis paralysis taking a permanent grip but being patient is better than rushing into a bad deal. 

You sound like you have a strong calculation and a grip on your taxes.

If the tub isn't damaged, you could have a company like Get-a-grip refinish it.

As for the supposedly offensive comments by @Bill Gulley you guys need to get a grip.
