Hi Elisa, people on coop boards can be weird out by anything and without explanation.

You just have to do an LOE, letter of explanation, short email that says why you are taking it off which would be bc you are keeping it.

Property managers
Title companies/Escrow officersHeck even Dentists could use this
Anything local where you have a physical location/office and you generate leads based on your local geographic location.

@John Cook Often times, niche experience is more critical than geographic location.

The only explanation for the apparent hoa foreclosure madness in Florida is the incredibly slow foreclosure process that basically guarantees you can hold on to the unit for years before the bank comes along.

Everything is geographic as it pertains to needs and requirements.
