I am a licensed realtor here in Los Angeles, don't want to deal with the exodus of insurance companies and difficulty getting insurance and keeping it after a claim, tenant landlord laws being heavily in favor of tennants, exorbitant property taxes and minimal RTP among a few other factors with these being the most inspiration to take my money out of california.

The COE is NAR-inspired fiction.In fact, the NAR code of ethics required that when asked, I had to disclose whether or not I had other offers on the table.

There are definitely commenters in this thread that could help Antoine and give him advice from their perspectives and expertise, but so far not much has really come across as genuine, in my opinion. 

Wow Henry, I love that approach.I am just about to get my son on my credit card to start building him a credit score, but the idea of sending your sons to buy stuff and letting them learn life lessons is inspiring! 

I do know that being an MLO is also hard work, but I genuinely believe that I will enjoy this job without having to compromise the income that I am currently getting (granted that I do work hard and get clients).If you are an MLO, please share your insights on this.
