Also, they can penetrate neighbors' walls easier.  12 Gauges are just a lot scarier, more accurate within 10 to 20 yards- especially during times of stress, do more damage, plus less impact to neighbors.Will re-post some insurance and fire posts I already did for LA fires.

I just created 4 google chrome extensions using it that can send information through AI assistants and spit out different results from Meme's, to images to social media posts etc.We are also building agents in copilot that are specific for internal use.

That is something I would for sure have to look into as, according to your post, it seems like the timeline for mid-term rentals kind of lines up with the amount of time that we would be gone each year, which would work out well and probably require less of a hassle of trying to maintain the property after each stay for Air BnB.
