My last few BRRRRs I ended up with negative equity, even though after a full gut rehab, still worth it in a market full of old houses. 

The others are just pre-screened, not a full application so it's a bit harder to say "you don't meet criteria" because I don't actually have a verified income, credit history or background check - just what they've said in the prescreening questionnaire. 

Should I still file it without the SSN ( I have address, email and full name) ? 

Consider getting a statement signed by all parties which states that everyone has agreed to terminate the current lease early on X date and all obligations by all parties have been paid in full and that the deposit will be kept by the landlord and will be applied to the new lease. 

Alternatively, once you have a full time job (or an employment contract), you should be able to qualify for a loan and utilize a Down Payment Assistance program.

@Brandon Dixon starting out by passively investing in apartment syndications is a great approach, especially if you have a full-time job.

I have a truck full of questions, but these 3 specifically keep my brain awake at night right now.
