I have no regrets BUT if I would have waited until age 45-50 to build it, and instead would have taken my extra income to invest in rentals starting 20 years ago.........I would be employed for fun and not because I needed it.I would build my finances with a certain goal for age 45.........then reassess wants and desires.

burn out for agents is a full 50% and what I see from wholesaling is a 90% or better burn out or failure rate.. there simply is not enough homes to wholesale for all that want to do it.

as for agent roles that I've seen:1. buyer agent2. listing agent3. co-listing agent4. co-selling agentthis is per the search fields i've seen, but didn't realize there was such distinction.so, from my understanding of what you wrote:the buyer agent can be the co-selling agent if the listing agent becomes the transactional broker/agent... hmm.. if i were to use names, it might help.original listing agent: Bill Gulley--> no buyer agent to rep the buyerlisting agent becomes a transactional agent: Bill GulleyWHO is the co-selling agent?
