I have no regrets BUT if I would have waited until age 45-50 to build it, and instead would have taken my extra income to invest in rentals starting 20 years ago.........I would be employed for fun and not because I needed it.I would build my finances with a certain goal for age 45.........then reassess wants and desires. 

In real estate there can be niches for agents.

It sat for ages, weeds growing on the inside...true fixer upper. 

burn out for agents is a full 50% and what I see from wholesaling is a 90% or better burn out or failure rate.. there simply is not enough homes to wholesale for all that want to do it.

I have little tolerance for agents that break the law and ignore their fiduciary duty.

For agents who started our receiving leads from their broker, was this beneficial or should I find a firm based solely on desk fees, commission splits, etc. and work harder on the front end to generate my own leads?

I'm looking for Agents who will add me onto their list and send me email updates of properties in these counties.
