I only drive on the interstate when I can use my peach pass or you will sit in traffic for hours barely moving.Lots of CA and NY buyers moving away from political views and government changes they do not believe in.

Seminole for Example has a lot of great traffic and tons of spots to eat, drink, socialize for adults and kids.I know Cape Coral is picking up in terms of STR's with the complettion of the 7 Mile Island and more construction lately. 

If so, maybe $45/sq foot at 900 sq foot is $40K? 

What's the construction cost per square foot?

Located in a popluar fishing destination, there is a decent amount of traffic, but I am not getting any actual bookings....Any insight, tips, or tricks? 

Lumber spiked to $1,750 per 1,000 board foot and now is down to $525

HelloDo you have any general price per square foot (or other measures) that you use for general light work?

I would think with enough "proof" you could deduct trips/masterminds and all of that This does not work the same as blending into speeding traffic.

While i'm happy, and relieved, I don't want to take my foot off-the-gas, and ensure i'm positioning myself for consistent stays.
