I guess I was thinking more along the lines of finding an agency or something that has experience with these types of homes and to my understanding they provide the staff to manage the residents and the property.I know this population can be difficult to work with and yea the neighbors I'm sure are not too fond of these homes.

I also think that including interior photos will help to draw people into the house, as others have suggested.The hardest part of renting a home that brings us fond memories is letting go.....but inevitably that is what we have had to do when we rented our previous homes.

In my day running Langer mortgage in Oakland we did hundreds of rehab loans in all those neighborhoods... along with san leandro heyward etc even some high end SF remodels One on Green street I remember fondly

Sure the place my parents rented was a, "I'll rent to you for $x but I'm not fixin' ****." kind of deal but it provided us with a centrally cooled 3/1.5 trailer to call home, a place to eat as family and a place full of fond memories (birthdays, Thanksgiving, etc...).

Plus a Jeff Bezos is fond of saying "Your profit is my opportunity" agents 4-6% commissions, especially on the middle class homes, give someone a lot of wiggle room.
