It’s nice to see 4-5 guys fly in at 6am and walk in to a finished house with dry paint by 3-4pm.

I can leave my house in San Diego in the morning, fly up,  swing by the rentals to check in,  and take a walk on Bandon Beach long before sunset.   

What's more, an increasing number of routes and airlines, including Delta, Spirit, American Airlines, United, Air Canada, apart from the ones currently operating, have announced their plans to fly into Tulum's new international airport.

Coeur d'Alene River runs through there too which is well known for it's fly fishing, which also brings quite a lot of tourism.

I've worked with investors around Lake Tahoe and Reno, NV because they did not want the hassle of flying across the country to manage a rental but still wanted to be close to CA.
