All you get is what you can export/import via CSV file:(We use Propertyware, have experience with Buildium and have played with Appfolio and RentManager.Buildium is for smaller companies.The other three are tied, the differences being how much automation & customization you want to do.If you don't see yourself growing beyond 150 units, go with Buildium.If you're not very techy and plan to grow over 150 units, we'd recommend Appfolio.If you're techy and plan to grow over 150 units, we'd recommend Propertyware or RentManager.Of course, schedule some demos, take GREAT notes and them make your decision.FYI - there are MANY new options on the market, RentRedi, TenantCloud, Apartments.com, Hemlane, Rentec.

Can I export my excel file directly from Propstream to someone like batchskiptracing?

The identifiers I have are:Federal and state capital investmentsDiverse Economic Engines, (stablility, growth, and creation)Municipal Infrastructure (city services)Transportation systems (imports/exports)Quality of life (leisure, entertainment, cost of living)Tourism drawReal Estate Price Points (Can money be made...cashflow rentals, landbanking, etc)Any insights would be great!

About a month ago the link between my bank account and my Stessa profile broke and my Transactions are no longer being exported from my bank account to Stessa. 

Once you plug in some information it will create proforma projections.I believe you need a Pro account to save the results or export as PDF.

I suggest you search that website:Party Type=Plantiff, Case Type=Civil,Court System=Both (I think it's actually Circuit, but both will get that)County Name=PG County, Timeframe=2yrs (from at least 6mos ago) i.e. this is 4/20/2019, I'd pick 01/01/2016 : 12/31/2018) ...export that data to Excel, do it again for another last name letter, export again (& repeat as many times as you like).

His video here is a nice demo on how to use it and showcases some of its built in features like how to download and export lists and utilizing options for segmenting or targeting off market deals with varying degrees/types of motivation. from personal use I know you can also create and send out mailers directly to those lists he shows you how to make.A lot of your needs regarding contacting and documenting conversations sound very much like a CRM, which you could pair with Remine Pro to get all your bases covered.

In theory this can even export to sketchup, autocad, revit and other drafting or modeling software but I haven't tested it and not sure I would trust it for as-builts.
