You can not pay anyone for this.By doing it, figuring it out, training your mind to step up, by changing you mind set evolving, rise above the noise.THAT my friend is investing in your self.

Money in escrow for a 1031 which you refer to is another story, what I am talking is a basic bookkeeping system for small businesses where we wear lots of hats.Some of us on here were doing 1031's before you were born and have watched them evolve over time.
