Is Bigger Pockets Making Your Market More Competitive?

I was thinking a bit lately about how competitive my market place is currently. It is always competitive, but seems even more so lately. This is probably primarily driven by our lack of inventory, which many markets across the nation are experiencing.

But I thought I would float this idea out there to see what others thought...do you think your market is in part more competitive now due to Bigger Pockets? Are we out here discussing our investment criteria, and where to find it...Neighborhood X is great for flipping, Neighborhood Y is great for cash flow buy and hold. Are we educating our competitors too much, and thus creating less opportunities for our own investing? Thoughts?
