One fact that you uncover, example, the gasoline manufacturing plant next door, the rental properties that surround your property, etc.  

I'm looking for a good landscaping contractor to plant a tree at my rental in the Copperfield area of Houston in Sommerall.

@William Morgan  most parts of the country are not blessed with our state of the art title plants . they have no clue what the customer service part of a title co is or even exists.. jFor me I can call any of my title companies on the west coast and in 90 seconds get a verbal date down.. capturing all but the most obscure liens .. but enough to know if I want to persue it or not.and its FREE.those that have to work in like IL which is totally *** backwards  or states with closings attorneys this information is much tougher to get and NOT timely.. can take 3 to 5 days to get title back.We get a full prelim or title commitment same day.. but then again most of our title plants are in the  Philippines  we do not send in live person to pull records.. 

You could realistically even consider Reno, it's what 31/2 hours drive from you and the new tesla plant is being build there now.

@Andy Madden, I work at one of the power plants down in Shippingport, PA.  

The disadvantage is that you need a crane to plant one on a roof, but give that they last about 30+ years with little maintenance that is not too bad of a trade off.

Have you heard the old saying, when is the best time to plant a tree? 

I go to the brick making plant here and the sod farm.  

Just reaching out to different avenues and areas, and planting seeds all over to try and figure out how I can be successful in this business.

In my opinion the best advice I would give you is from the saying "When is it the best time to plant a tree" the answer is 20 years ago and when in the second best, and the answer is now.
