First, let me say you must, absolutely must, embrace the court system!

Recently we started embracing the banking industry but I'm not a big fan of being personally attached to properties. 

AirBnbs are doing well there and the city gov seems to embrace them, unlike LA County and other places passing legislation to limit nor eliminate them.  

That's why companies will pay massive premiums even within NYC to get prime spaces to entice their employees and hoping for increased productivity and keeping them happier/healthier.

Portland is weird as we know and simply does not embrace the Walmart brand like other areas of the country.. in fact I have personally only been in one or two walmarts in my entire life. 

Confidently Embracing the FutureThere is another group; they may or may not have been in real estate through the previous ups and downs.

Simply seeing the same people showing up month after month and embracing each other has been pretty powerful. 

That has been a stumbling block for some in the past but I have heard banks are embracing it in some cases. 3) Focus your time, money and energy on your agent business now and grow your income from that.

And, finally, remind them again that there is no mold present and that the items you recommended will ensure a healthier air quality.  

If you do not want to sell you need to embrace the fact that you are operating a business.
