It's false advertising.

The mods are going to remove this for a forum advertising violation.

That is, if the host happened to read that email.They sent out new terms of service at that time, and it's addressed in one section: "3.7.7 ...You also acknowledge and agree that we may on occasion offer discount pricing for your Property; provided that (i) any such offers will be available with respect to a broad number of Listings and not limited to your Property; (ii) we will provide you with electronic notice of such discount(s); and (iii) you may opt out of a particular offer."

You probably have heard to join the local REIG as what you will find from the courses advertised everywhere anymore is that they offer general information that in many cases does not fit your market or state requirements. 

A few months back I was on a sailboat in Greece electronically depositing the rent checks and exchanging a few messages with my property manager, and I thought, "That's it, I made it!".

I finally found another duplex a few towns over that had been sitting for a while, it was badly advertised.

There was a investment that was advertised by RTR and SWFL Advisors and they referred us over to Blacktip Construction Group.

When I see a property starting to underperform, as the manager I have to run the data to figure out why and then make adjustments whether is lack of amenities, need updated photos, replace a couple pieces of dated furniture or increase my focus on advertising that property specifically.

Often, this addendum would indicate such things as the date the original agreement was signed and include the new entity (and address) in the addendum.For some managers, they prefer having an agreement for each entity and if done electronically, the owner still has only 1 place to sign (normally).  

If this is seen as advertising or not allowed, sorry in advance, but I haven't seen a real life 0% down payment in quite a while, and Navy Federal is reputable, so thought those of you starting out would benefit from knowing there is actually one out there.
