But that opportunity is very unlikely to repeat this time around.This time, if you want to buy half-priced real estate you'd probably have to turn to hotels and retail strip centers dominated by mom and pop small businesses.

Great, diversified work force, no single sector of employment dominates (a good thing for times like these) and it is a growing progressive city.

@Linda WeygantPretty sure what @Dominic Franco means is that the personal use unit falls under the purview of vacation rental treatment (IRC Sec 280A).
