I've been working deligently with a architect drawer and a landscape designer and have submitted dimensions and site layout drawings, floor plans, along with a permit to build and a permit to build an ADU in the back of my property following all of their setback and distance to primary home, which is a duplex with two units and has been rented since 2014. 

Just to name a few, Zoning, Basement or cellar, ceiling heights, property dimensions etc.

I also add a recessed cubby for the shampoo/conditioners etc as they love it. 1st Pic below is 49c tile shower stall with that cubby behind her shoulder & then the high end porcelain tile I did with a marble cubby I got from Lowes for $50.With 49c tile the grout lines are larger because the tile varies in actual dimensions.

There are two dimensions revolving around year of inclusion for an individual taxpayer: actual receipt and constructive receipt.Actual receipt is when payment is in your possession.

I'm assuming you are figuring your cramped space for the vanity using a standard 30"X60" dimensioned tub. 

"The new law further prohibits local agencies from adopting ADU ordinances that: impose minimum lot size requirements for ADUs; set certain maximum ADU dimensions; require replacement off-street parking when a "garage, carport or covered parking structure" is demolished or converted to construct the ADU" 

I tried to short-change the HVAC closet dimensions...had to reframe and wasted my HVAC installers time.

A real tile shop carries "ones" which are generally the same dimensions relative to one another (i.e. square).  

They usually want to see a map of their property with the easement clearly shown and sometimes dimensions labelled and whatnot.
