No way a window replacement company is going to provide equipment that delicate to its subs.Furthermore, if you magnify, the caulk looks a bit shiny to me (where they botched the job in the corner).

First, I'd look at a longer term for your mortgage as it will lower payments which will increase your cash flow once you do rent it out.Easy ways (assuming they haven't been done already): fresh coat of paint, update light fixtures and cabinet hardware (go with classic, not trendy), replace outdated carpet and window coverings and paint your front door to add a pop of colour.

We definitely did not want to run pass the closing date or try and get an extension because the deal was already very delicate, plus it just took way too much trying to get in touch with the sellers and have them sign documents.Because of this, we had to accept a way lesser offer from another cash buyer just to get the deal closed on time.But then...... title comes back saying that there was a 10k tax bill on the property.10k was way too much for us to absorb, so we then had to AGAIN try to work something out with Party A and Party B.

@Tyler ZaniniPaint the vanity cabinet itself, replace counter top on it with a remnant piece of granite or quartz (I prefer quartz by far), paint the room a light colour that isn’t 9 layers of renter white, replace door knob with brushed/ pewter.

Example: in lower end ~ mid range rentals lots of people upgrade flooring and counters and then leave the gross older cream coloured electrical plugs/ switches.
