I know this is hindsight but when ever you lend money you should get a Lenders title policy and give escrow instructions to the title company that your loan is to be in first position.

I work for Evernest, a full-service PM company, here in Birmingham. 

Within the first month I believe the company byte federal has a data breach.

After reading Brandon and Brian's book, The Multifamily Millionaire, Volume II: Create Generational Wealth by Investing in Large Multifamily Real Estate, I'm a bit puzzled as to if the GP's must have real estate experience, or if someone can connect enough professionals/companies on their team to execute successful investments.

If you are a beginner I would recommend staying on platform.I get more scam attempts on VRBO, a lot of people offering to pay by company check. 

In my case, I have residential rentals in one LLC, commercial properties in another, self storage in a third, and my real estate company operates in a fourth.

The reason is because the companies that back these assets, and some others, have a 1:1 between their tokens and the USD (I'm unfamiliar if EURS, THKD, and stables of other fiat offer 1:1).A possible scenario would be that you offer the seller to pay in a stable coin, like mentioned above.

Investments from CA tech companies is driving job and population growth. 

Also, make sure you have a great property management company who can be your "boots on the ground".
