Before we present our full plan and the all the numbers to our "coach", I want to be sure I understand one thing-where does my cost of repair money come from?

I don't know that program, but many times the first meeting leads to an expensive coaching program for $25,000.  

there are many mentors / coachs on Bp that will charge you for this information. which is not a bad thing if it helps you succeed in your business. if your looking for the free route go to the REIAsMentoring is hard.. some folks probably love it . myself I could not think of something worse to do..

Sorry to take your request for coaching and turn it around with a question but did you get you Managing Broker License or the Broker License?

I feel I'm making this harder than it has to be and what I feel I really need is a coach.

I went to a 3 day investors class this past weekend with Success Path Education and was almost tempted to pay 40k for a coaching and mentorship program.

Currently, I want to expand further and find a coach or mentor who can guide me in Note Business, specifically.

My job is to coach  and provide sales development experience to the team.

I would recommend KW, they are all about coaching, educating and have a great mission.
