This is because I don't totally trust the bank to make the "tenant" account deposit-only; a clever tenant might try to use my name, the account number they know, and the bank's routing number to pay a bill or something.

They are actually pretty smart and clever at what they do and offer.

It's simply necessary to tie your major to your current career (may or may not need to be clever here) and package it well for underwriting.

I know you probably think you're clever by managing on your own and avoiding the 10% charge to a property manager but this tenant is probably going to cost you much more end that's before you account for the time, energy, and stress resulting from her.

Plus we have ones specifically for makeup removal, beach towels, and towels just for wiping up after dogs and dogs feet.Lotsa linens!
