Hi Josh, I have had churches call me on property before.

I was just visiting Lehigh Valley a month ago, I have some good friends that started Legacy church up there.

I am recently out of engineering school,  married,  and fairly involved my church.

Churches can take control and do other things with it.

That's only 500 years.The Abbey around the corner was built in 1090, and there was an old church much older than that (but I can't find the date).If stuff is built to last, and it is taken care of, it lasts a very long time.The house was a framework of gorgeous enormous oak beams with the spaces in between filled with woven willow branches, horse hair, and plaster.

Sometimes, when it hits home the denial button clicks on… Also, there are classes that you can attend… They are usually at churches in your area since many of the principles are bible based.

Before the Internet, social networks were people that went to the same church, or joined the Free Masons, or a country club.

Note: I have my team, one brother is a carpenter/rehabber/pm who already does rehabbing for other investors  , another brother is an electrician, church friend is a plumber, mom's a realtor, dad a carpenter and my husband is fully capable to work with his hands, so labor costs are low.

My latest research has uncovered that Malcom recently (2020) moved to Huntington Beach, Ca and has opened a church.

About 9 months later a 4 bedroom 2 bath built in 1910 hit the market for 29k and I sprang into action and called a guy the I sang in the church choir with and asked him to meet me right away at the house he agreed and we looked at the house and I made an offer on 32k and it was accepted and with a small loan from my dad went to work on a 203k loan.
