Pick a color or pattern that hides things well.Knobs/pulls: look for something that can't catch on clothing.Paint: avoid bold, dark colors.

I catch over payments or missed payments, I give better responses, etc.My guests in my market want to talk to a person, and the person who owns the property at that.

The only remedy for the borrower is to catch up with the missed payments.. is there any other recourse here?

Consider listing during peak seasons when demand is up, and you might just be the early bird that catches the worm!

My Glamping venture has taught me this.  2)  Buy quality assets at below replacement cost.  3) Be Patient, and never extend yourself too much.  4) Assume the market will catch up, and be ready to zig when others zag.  

The catch is that we loan to people who gladly pay us 10%, and you have an 800 score, so you should be able to get it lower if you qualify.
