Ingrid, I would buy an absentee owner mailing list and start a direct mail campaign to the zip code you want to purchase in......dealing directly with the homeowners almost always gets you the best deal.

It was ok but I got a better response from e-mail campaigns. 2 sales came off the expensive airtime. 40 came off the e-mail campaign.
