The lamest stuff like $1,000 in a nice flower garden and some bushes/shrubbery/small trees, and mulch and bricks and stonework could alter people's opinions a LOT.

I don't intend to hijack this thread however I am also analyzing a property in little flower.

There is no existing garden, terrace or flower bed, but there are a couple of existing bushes I've kept.

I would put a stucco of mortar over those front steps, some flower pots & a bench in the front yard, make it look inviting.

I will be there by my 30th birthday.
