I would appreciate it if you could give me some advice on which market would you prefer to invest: Panama City (not Panama City Beach), Daytona, Tampa or Cape Coral.

I would say like in most areas, owning a beach vacation rental is becoming more of a luxury asset class and budget.

Tampa's vibrant cultural scene and proximity to beautiful beaches also add to its appeal, making it a fantastic place to invest.

I’m moving down to the Palm Beach County area this Fall.
