@Judy Parker Thank you so much for taking your time and responding.I am new in this business and I get worried easily.I dont mind if she is trying to use the security deposit.I wish these tenants could think about our situation.Its very disrespectful when someone don’t respond.They wont understand what we go through until they own their house and have a tenant in their house.

Take a Gen-X and present a property and when they say "how much is it" they are asking for the whole $ amount, not monthly expense.
