Should I be concerned, im afraid of being robbed of my money.

I've always been on the investor side of my life and never been afraid to "Let Money Go".

We are actively looking for a vacation rental cabin in the Asheville/Brevard, NC area...although we're scouting as far west as Highlands and as far east as Little Switzerland.  

Don't be afraid to use "unlicensed". 

Most people want a move in ready place and are afraid of the cost of fixing an item.  

I'm afraid to offer a low price to the owner since they are not motivated and are happy with the incoming cash flow.Any ideas or tips on how to make a offer like this would be greatly appreciated. 

Also, I've been hearing a lot about "good debt" and mortgages and everything and I'm a bit afraid of any of that because I already have student loans to pay off...

I've had apartments with cats that really stunk and I was afraid there was damage.
