If I'm a RE Broker (which I'm not) and I take you on for a cut of your commission and a few hundred a month to hang your hat here, and you completely flop as an agent, great that's for me STILL the easiest couple hundred bucks a month that I'll ever make.You are not an employee asking for a job that should be grateful for the multiple job offers.
