Seems like my area is allowed to do STR and I was able to obtain where to contact to, to make sure what I found is accurate.

Redfin says its value could be 150-160k, but I doubt that’s accurate, unless the market heats up with lower interest rates.What factors should I consider?

Theresa not really accurate.. see my answer above things in the title and escrow world have changed dramatically in the last 10 years or so..

Also have to verify if expenses are accurate.

What I think you are saying is that you were in the middle of the inspection, and it was stopped because there was a gas leak identified is that accurate? 

It can still work in niche situations but I think it is a grind and you gamble time and money.
