Ive found 30 amortization has become more accessible since the pandemic in commercial loans.

Much of it based on defense spending that will likely increase as assets are moved from Colorado to Alabama to include the Space Command HQ.

This doesn't necessarily mean just an investor, but somebody who active works in the space and puts in at least 700 hours of work into it per year. 

I have access to several of these programs but have not dived into them deeply.
