Preferred and common shares seems could be used, transferred with unanimous consent would prevent stock transfers to unwanted stockholders, this can be done in an LLC with members, but not sure of the tax issues, if any, with transfer restrictions in a C corp. ?

. - As far as listing properties, I would suggest Zillow Rental Manager, but you might also consider other sources as well as posting a sign on the front yard - although I typically DO NOT do that because I'd rather get someone that is used to working electronically and I also don't want to draw unwanted attention to the house/property.Hope this helps give you some ideas.
