Tenant has informed that is suffering from anxiety disorder and provided letter from therapist recommending 'stress-relieving aquarium' of 'proportional size to the living area, no smaller than the largest television in patient's household'.Indicated found a great deal on cList for a 75 gallon saltwater aquarium with fish & coral and going to pick up this week. 

They spend 6-8 hours a day watching television, never read a book, don't take a class, hang out with like-minded people, and then wonder why they're stuck in a rut. 

What a life ;-) I think the television shows don't help by making flips seem so glamorous.

There's one old guy who takes over the television set as if the room is his personal living room, and he's argumentative with anyone who goes in there. 

And as such, gets to expect to have the home to live in, without being invaded.And, imagine what it would be like to have a horde of complete strangers (and in SF right now, any open house will be a mass infusion of strangers) walking through your home, perhaps looking in your closets, your jewelry box, you medicine cabinets, checking out your stereo, your televisions, your computers....As an owner, do you really want that liability? 

That being said I would start eviction proceedings against your residents immediately as outlined by your local statutes.I am not an attorney and do not play one on television.

And no, I do not live in a bunker and I am not on any Prepper television show.

However, I would recommend you stick to cities that are not featured on a popular television show.
