I find that CPAs and tax pros often project their risk profile onto the client.

Just read the summary of your investment in your BP profile. 

I do know they *typically* carry a higher risk profile, given their higher return potential (after all, you're usually and hopefully buying at a discount).

It's pretty normal I feel, but if you screen the right tenants and establish a good profile on them, then it would probably pay to keep them happy and let them mount.

I tried to look at your profile to see what State you're in at it will make a difference, but I couldn't tell.

I would add this to my profile but only allows for US areas. 

Additionally, if flood risk is a concern, prioritize areas with lower risk profiles.
