I believe you could just use excel in a PC and it does not cost a dime.Happy Investing!

@ Justin C,I would definitely take some time to educate BP and your local library can help you out especially with learning the prop management.I also would seek out local community banks who are portfolio lenders.

By knowing that answer it allows you to then select the area, and investment strategy.There are many Techniques, methods, etc, etc.. but don't get lost in the library either or start thinking you don't know enough to start. 

Just relax, take it slow, take full advantage of the Internet, libraries and BP!!!

I would bet 3 days at your local library will produce far greater results with zero dollars invested than the $2000 and 3 days at this "training".

You can google around for partnership documents or better yet go to Amazon or your local library and read up.

I would look at some PC's that are already done like from yellowletters.com.
