When he saw my project yesterday, he said just seal it with adhesive (simply said the drilling was overkill) and showed me his wells (they're tight) and how to do it.

But I overkilled the ceilings with 5/8 drywall & much stronger joint compound.Given the interesting open concept & 3 floors of active living space now would be the time to give serious consideration to the zoning of the furnace & a/c to ensure BALANCED heat/cooling.

I've been managing my own collection of single family homes using a spreadsheet in years past.In the future, my plan is to continue doing that, and also to, using an LLC(s) (which I point out because the above mentioned properties are not (yet) part of the LLC), purchase other properties that I will actually have a paid property manager handle for me.In light of those use cases...I've recently purchased the accounting version of QB'13 (I figure there's no such thing as overkill, right?)
