Any advice on working with tech employers for placing rentals for 30-day stays / MTRs for corporate housing in the Bay Area?

I have reported them to the FCC multiple times (I am on the national do not call registry), blocked and reported each and every call on Verizon call filter.

Despite the failures of other national full-service Mexican chains like Chi-Chi's, Darden's CEO Rick Cardenas is confident in Chuy's potential.

There is also the local knowledge of a market like here in Lake Tahoe where lending can be trickier so an offer with a local lender might get chosen because they have a reputation to get a deal done vs a national lender that can have more red tape and a slower process.
